   •  Coordinate Financial Clearance process

   •  Prepare reports for financial audit process and meet with auditors as needed.

   •  Prepare budget projections and reports of aging receivables.

   •  Approve department invoices, journal entries and credit balance refunds in excess of $5,000.

   •  Monitor student account and loan accounts.

   •  Standing member of MIS, PSC and Enrollment Management Committees.

   •  Manages awarding of restricted scholarships.
