VEMS or (Virtual Event Management System) is a state-of-the-art computer program that allows Graceland faculty, students and staff to effectively reserve rooms on campus - whether it be for classes, tutoring, or a house event!
By accessing VEMS through our Graceland website you receive important information regarding room availability, previously scheduled meetings and more!
VEMS is only as successful as we make it! To have an efficient scheduling system at Graceland, all requests for space must be submitted online.
