The Retention Office opened in January 2016. The goal of this office is to support your academic, social, and personal growth during your time at Graceland University. Over the Summer of 2018, the Retention office was rebranded as the Office of Student Success. It is now located in the Student Success Studio, F.M. Smith Library. 

The Student Success Office assists you with making connections across campus. We provide peer mentoring, academic and testing accommodations, individual success plans, and other support services that will help you on your path to graduation.

All students that attend Graceland University can use the services of the Student Success Office. It does not matter if you are a new student, transfer student, or non-traditional student-we are here to support you.
