    Submit this Application for Graduation at least six months prior to the fall or spring commencement convocations. Submitting an application will activate a series of communications that will keep applicants informed about possible graduation discrepancies needing to be resolved, ordering caps and gowns, and the schedule of commencement activities. A graduation fee is assessed after receipt of the application.
