Necessary Downtime

We make every effort to keep computer services up and running whenever possible. However downtime is needed to keep the system secure and up to date. In some cases unforeseen issues arise that require faster action. This page will be use to keep you informed of system outages as they arise.

Monthly Phone and Server Maintenance Window

Whenever possible, network and phone system maintenance is done during Information Technology Service's normal maintenance window. This is from 4:00 am to 7:00 am on the Friday following the second Tuesday of each month.  

Administrative System

ITS prefers to perform needed maintenance on the CX Administrative system outside of normal work hours. We are able to keep much of this to 6 AM – noon Sunday mornings. Other times are scheduled as necessary. This typically impacts access to the administrative database which you may do through My Graceland (for example, checking grades).
