Food Service 3 Strikes Policy

Proper behavior is expected while using the Commons or Swarm Inn dining facilities.   A student can receive a “strike” for:   entering the dining facility without payment, theft, or any other unreasonable behavior.   Students who receive 3 strikes will have their dining privileges permanently denied with no refund given on their remaining board plan.  

1^st Strike = Dining privileges temporarily suspended until the student meets with the Food Service Director.

2^nd Strike = Dining privileges temporarily suspended until the student meets with the Food Service Director and the Dean of Students.

3^rd Strike = Permanent loss of dining privileges with no refund given on a remaining board plan.
