Tabs appear across the top of every page. Your relationship with Graceland determines which tabs you see. For example, if you've never signed up for a course at Graceland, you won't have a Student tab.

The Home tab is the main entrance to the site. It includes general documentation about the site. It is primarily managed by Graceland Information Services. Everyone sees the Home tab. The home tab has been live since April 2009.

The Admissions tab has content for prospective students. It is primarily managed by the Lamoni and Independence Admissions offices. Everyone will see the Admissions tab but people in the process of enrolling at Graceland have many pages that go away after they become a student. Work is currently being done to make this tab available. As of December, 2010, it has not been implemented.

The Resources tab contains pages maintained by individual offices, divisions, and departments. Anyone who logs in will get this tab. Work is currently being done to make this tab available. It has been implemented since January 2010 (at that time it was named Campus Services) and content is slowly being added. Much more content is expected by fall of 2011.

The GU Catalog tab has information on Graceland’s courses and catalog. It is primarily managed by the Registrar’s Office. This tab is open to the public. It was implemented April 2010.

The Student tab has information for current students including class schedules, degree audits, and financial information. It is primarily managed by the Registrar’s Office and the Student Life area. It replaces the older MyInfo website. It was implemented April 2010.

The Faculty tab is only visiable to faculty and advisors. It includes faculty course schedules, student information for advisors, and advisor meetings. It is primarily managed by the Registrar’s Office. It replaces the older Advise website. It was implemented April 2010. We expect all information once available in Advise to be available here by January 2011.

The Parents tab is for parents and other guests to get access to their students. It contains the parent newsletter and information about GUest Access. It is primarily managed by the Registrar’s Office. It will eventually replace the older GUest Access website. People set up by students as being authorized to see their data will get this tab. Parent and other guest access will be set up only after the rest of the site is available. As of December 2010, it has not been implemented.

The Alumni and Friends tab gives information to alumni and other associates of Graceland including giving information. It is primarily managed by the Development Office. It replaces the older online Alumni Community. Anyone visiting My Graceland will get this tab. Alumni and Friends have been available since June 2009.

The Employment tab contains information for current and past employees of Graceland including payroll information, and Human Resources documents and resources. It is primarily managed by the Human Resources Office. It includes older web pages like Web Time Entry. Employment has been available since December 2009.

The Budgets tab give Employees budget and employee account information. It is primarily managed by the Accounting Office. Employees with budget authority get this tab. It was implemented in January 2010.

The Help tab is available to anyone although most pages only appear once you've logged into the system. It contains documentation about using the site including help for page administrators and group leaders. It is primarily managed by Graceland Information Services. The help tab was separated out of the home tab in April 2010.

Anyone with a login has their own My Pages managed by them. These pages are only available to you and are managed by you. They calendars you have subscribed to, your announcements, and book marks you wish to set up.

The Links tab is generally hidden to users. It contains forms and other pages that are on the site but require a link to navigate to.

The Admin tab only appears to My Graceland administrators. It contains pages for the administration of the site.

The Test tab only appears to page administrators. It is a place to try things out before implementing to the viewing public.
